To the City Attorney,

I want you to understand that I view this threat of Gianelli's as BLACKMAIL.  I think he conspired with Ray Lawrence who also threatened me with jail and happened to know Swanigan's name.  Perhaps the taxpayers would like to understand more about Labor Relations and why lying prosecutors are tolerated and paid for using taxpayer resources.  Gianelli is amused.  Leonard Cohen committed criminal tax fraud and stole from me, Steven and Marty Machat, Phil Spector, and possibly others - including record producer Bob Johnston.  It's corroborated and everything in 2005 (including my meetings with Kory, who Machat views as evil) is indeed corroborated regardless of what Streeter advised the jurors. 

Now, people in reality (including those being criminally harassed by various parties) are clear that this activity is criminal.  Lawence is blackmailing me with my property and evidence that does NOT belong to Cohen.  Furthermore, as Raoul Felder and Boies Schiller advised - the search and seizure was illegal.  I have a letter with me PROVING that Cohen was advised to contact my lawyer re. any belongings he wanted to pick up.  NOTHING is in writing.  The man simply lies.  See the three versions of the Phil Spector gun story before LA Superior Court.  National Enquirer, who seems to view Cohen as un-newsworthy, is quite clear about that.  What no one understands about your office:  why you were focused on the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, and Dennis Riordan but don't understand what's going on here.  I think it's due to liars.  Nothing will change my mind.

Gianelli is affiliated with Cohen and I believe Investigator Frayeh - he is a shady character who may have found a sympathetic ear with Alan Jackson about me.  Frayeh should know - he was an investigator on the Phil Spector case.  Investigator Bennett, who rolled by my house unannounced did recall that I informed him that Cohen was blackmailing me.  I also advised him that Cohen lies about Phil Spector.  See Mick Brown for details re. the Grand Jury statements or testimony.  Also, check out the motions readingly avaliable online.  Two of Cohen's versions of the gun story about Phil Spector are lies.  I know perjury is irrelevant when the taxpayers are footing the bill.

Gagen McCoy now seem emboldened and appear to believe that they can refuse to communicate with me about retrieving my property although they are aware that Paulette Brandt has tried very hard to do so.  As someone noted today - the word "whore" comes to mind.   That's not my quote.  It's what really resonates in reality.

Well, I'm clear that Gianelli, Walsh, Lawrence, probably Cohen's lawyers and others, have conspired here and would like me back in jail.  I think it's obvious that a diligent investigation is in order.  Gianelli is completely out of control and clearly amused.  Do people ever have to repay the federal government for wasting resources?  If so, many people in the Leonard Cohen criminal tax fraud matter should be held accountable - including those who have attempted to sabotage the IRS and have targeted me.
