It will be fascinating to find out who actually gave Streeter or Cohen the email I sent you.  Perhaps it was actually ALAN JACKSON.  He looks like an arrogant idiot to me, no?

Gianelli has once again confirmed that he spoke with one of my trial lawyers.  That seems criminal, no?  I don't think the City Attorney and LA Superior court or the appellate division can lie about Agent Tejeda/IRS either.  And Kory testified about what he said so that's hearsay.  The comments about Cooley are hearsay.  Was he unavailable?  I should have had the opportunity to confront him.  And, I should have had the opportunity to confront Alan Jackson re. this question:  WHAT version of the gun story do you believe?  The one in your mtion re. Phil Spector or the one Cohen testified about during my trial/?  OR, the one Streeter concealed from my jurors.  I know Streeter wrote Cohen that she hates to keep peppering him with questions but where are those other questions?  Did she just decide out of the blue to question Cohen so extensively about Cooley, Jackson, and Phil Spector, Dennis Riordan, etc. with a DA investigator in the courtroom?  I doubt that.  I also doubt they'll confess to a legal conspiracy although I witnessed it.

When can I expect my entire file, including the 17 CDs of alleged evidence?  Obviously the motion in limine is important and my appellate attorney should have been provided a copy.  The email to Dennis Riordan (that Cohen perjured himself over as he wasn't copied in) is critical.  I need to file my Writ with the Court of Appeals.  There are time constraints or at least something reasonable, I suppose.  I am also dealing with extortion re. LA Superior Court's attempt to have me pay for domestic violence fees when Cohen and I were never in a dating relationship.  I also need this evidence because I am filing a complaint with the criminal Grand Jury of Los Angeles.  That will include the three versions of the Phil Spector gun story of Cohen's before LA Superior Court.  The government must have one story they believe.  I had a right to confront Cooley and Jackson over that matter.  The appellate division has now lied about me so I am taking this very seriously.  And, the City Attorney, according to the sentencing memo (that I view as criminal) thinks I was charged with violating 653m(a) but the court thinks it was 653m(b) which is deranged, of course. 

For some reason, LA Superior Court and the appellate division do not think I have to be served in order for them to obtain personal  jurisdiction over me (in a number of matters0 and I think they are liars. 

I would also like all attorney notes, including Peroni's re. the bail hearing.  I would like to give them to the iRS and FBI, etc. 

I await your reply.  This has been going on for almost a year now.
