I have phoned your office and LAPD's TMU re. the ongoing criminal harassment my family and I are dealing with.  Rutger, as you well know, is a material witness - and that would include with respect to LAPD's SWAT incident at my house on May 25, 2005.  That was an issue in my Stalinesque Show Trial that was nothing other than an attempt to sabotage the IRS, discredit me, and featured Phil Spector, Cohen's gun stories (you are in possession of an email that you concealed from my jurors that impeached Cohen's testimony over this issue and that has been addressed in my writ), and other matters - such as your position that I am in possession of IRS required form 1099 from Cohen for the year 2004 which is a bald faced lie, etc. 

Apart from the criminal harassment of my family - that is ongoing and unconscionable - my teacher, the 14th Sharmapa is being slandered.  Stephen Gianelli - who you permitted to copy in on many emails criminally harassing me and my family (and I called your office over this matter) created a monkor - the 14th Sheepdog.  I have been in touch with Google's legal team and investigators about that email account and others criminally harassing me.  For instance, stephengianelli@gmail.com. 

I have indeed spoken to the 14th Sharmapa personally and I think it's safe to say he would disagree with your assessment of me.  Many Tibetan lamas would and I am in constant contact with them.  Some of the great teachers on earth, I might note.  I assume they're not all that impressed with Bruce Cutler who is nothing other than a LAWYER.  My friends and witnesses are enlightened beings.  Gianelli is lying about Sharmapa and I have no mental health issues.  But Sharmapa is an open target and there are other teachers involved and that would include the son of someone I think you and Cohen targeted at my trial.  I have the Sharmapa's phone number and email address and some lying loser and criminal who has relentlessly targeted me since 2009 is simply lying. 

Ray Lindsey, Rutger Penick, Karen Lynch (who Gianelli attempted to blackmail and whose lawyer personally spoke to him), and RaY Lawrence have not advised me that I am seriously mentally ill and need psychiatric treatment.  NOT is this a defense to theft, criminal tax fraud, etc.  It's absurd and slander.  Having said that you have exposed my family to this and the world should know that.

You represent the taxpayers and your office has no right to threaten me and LAPD has no legal authority to limit my communications with government.  YOU lied to LAPD TMU when I sent the FBI an email that exemplified, from my perspective, what LA LA LAND views as a threat.  For instance, a Valentine's Day card I didn't create that everything I sent it to - except you - thought was darling.  That includes my celebrity hairdresser and Ray Lawrence. 

Michelle Rice is in violation of the restraining order and witness tampering with my son, Rutger.  Will she be arrested?

You don't have the Sharmapa's private email address do you? You are emailing a general information mailbox for his organization - NOT the Sharmapa - and he is not responding to you. Nor has he told you that you have no mental health issues.

Ray Lindsey, Rutger Penick, Karen Lynch, and Ray Lawrence HAVE told you that you not only do you have "issues" you are seriously mentally ill and need psychiatric treatment.

What "motive" could Ray, Rutger and Karen have to "lie" to you?
